Showed up early for my appointment and they got me right into the chair. X-rays were quick, they went through every dental issue while pointing them out in the X-ray images. Everyone was friendly and attentive.

I had my first new patient visit here. Overall, it was fine. I felt little pressure for up charging but that’s every dental practice I feel. They didn’t push it when I declined add-ons, and they did a good cleaning.

I have been terrified of visiting the dentist since I was a child. This is the FIRST experience where I felt better afterwards and am excited to come back. This staff is incredible!! They talked me through every step, and kept me distracted during the visit to make sure I wasn’t anxious.

I went to El Cajon Family Dental for a dental exam after not having visited the dentist in a few years. My last dental experience was traumatic and expensive. It was so nice to be able to talk with the office manager here about the price breakdown of everything before treatment was started. We agreed on a treatment plan and I'm looking forward to getting back on track with my cleanings and oral health.

The staff here was super friendly and made me comfortable during the whole time. They helped ease my nerves just by the way that they approached my needs. They personalized everything towards me and what I needed which made me feel more comfortable and allows me to know the best approach for me.

First time at the dentist after a couple years. I was nervous going into it simply because it was a new place and I didn’t know what to expect overall when it came to my teeth! The entire staff was so kind from the second I walked in. They chatted with me and got to know me on a personal level, and they made sure I knew exactly what was going on with my teeth, the procedures we would be doing, and why! I already look forward to my next appointment!
