It had been a while since I’d last seen a dentist, so I was pretty nervous going in. But the staff made the whole experience much easier—they were very friendly, patient, and took the time to explain everything that needed to be done in a clear and reassuring way. I really appreciated how comfortable they made me feel. I’ll definitely be coming back for future visits.

I had my first visit today with El Cajon Family Dental, and it went stellar! The staff was welcoming and helpful. I got into my appointment quickly and Dr. Mechael and her assistant, Seraphine, were kind, attentive, and made me comfortable during my experience. She did a thorough examination of my teeth and discussed necessary treatment for future appointments. I would recommend coming here to friends and family. Thank you for making mouth less painful after the cleaning!

Showed up early for my appointment and they got me right into the chair. X-rays were quick, they went through every dental issue while pointing them out in the X-ray images. Everyone was friendly and attentive.

I had my first new patient visit here. Overall, it was fine. I felt little pressure for up charging but that’s every dental practice I feel. They didn’t push it when I declined add-ons, and they did a good cleaning.

I went to El Cajon Family Dental for a dental exam after not having visited the dentist in a few years. My last dental experience was traumatic and expensive. It was so nice to be able to talk with the office manager here about the price breakdown of everything before treatment was started. We agreed on a treatment plan and I'm looking forward to getting back on track with my cleanings and oral health.
