I’m always scared of the dentist because I have sensitive teeth, but this visit was pain free and they didn’t shame me for my gums bleeding. My first visit and cleaning was was quick, friendly, and comfortable

Dr. Ko and his team were phenomenal. Very thorough and personalized approached. Both he and his staff were friendly and thorough. He have extreme anxiety regarding dental procedures and was made to feel at ease.

I went in as a new patient for my first office visit. Friendly staff at reception desk. From doing my X-rays to cleaning, everything was great and smooth. Doctor and assistant was very nice and friendly. Made sure I was doing good throughout the process.

Unfortunately, I waited 45 minutes after the appointment time, as front staff was still checking my insurance. It seems they switched doctors, as I did not see the doctor I was scheduled with. After the appointment was over, I went to schedule a follow up. The office manager told me that my insurance was expired, but I could sign up for their membership to help cover the cost accrued. They did not communicate the issue with insurance until after services were complete. When I confirmed my insurance was still in effect, they said they couldn't confirm, but would bill my insurance, and not to worry since I was in network. My insurance received the bill and covered no part, citing the dental office was out of network. I now am fighting a $600 bill due to a massive lack of communication, and what seems like a predatory way to get patients to their office.
