I went in as a new patient for my first office visit. Friendly staff at reception desk. From doing my X-rays to cleaning, everything was great and smooth. Doctor and assistant was very nice and friendly. Made sure I was doing good throughout the process.

Unfortunately, I waited 45 minutes after the appointment time, as front staff was still checking my insurance. It seems they switched doctors, as I did not see the doctor I was scheduled with. After the appointment was over, I went to schedule a follow up. The office manager told me that my insurance was expired, but I could sign up for their membership to help cover the cost accrued. They did not communicate the issue with insurance until after services were complete. When I confirmed my insurance was still in effect, they said they couldn't confirm, but would bill my insurance, and not to worry since I was in network. My insurance received the bill and covered no part, citing the dental office was out of network. I now am fighting a $600 bill due to a massive lack of communication, and what seems like a predatory way to get patients to their office.

I went in for an urgent exam because of pain in my jaw. I was able to get seen quickly and they did X-rays on my problem area. The doctor showed me my X-rays and explained all areas of concern. I needed two root canals with a growing infection but I currently do not have insurance. The staff patiently explained all of my financial options and gave me a treatment plan. I was prescribed antibiotics for the infection and will be returning in a week.

I needed to get a dental cleaning done, and I've been to other dental clinics. btyDENTAL demonstrated professionalism and fulfilled my dental needs. I will remain a patient due to the smooth process and clean environment. Thanks for the dental services btyDENTAL!

A good service

Clean office space and modern machinery.

I came in for an abcessed tooth. I have renal insufficiency and the Dr was great and knowledgeable. We faxed the clearance and on Tuesday I get to have the procedure. I felt comfortable and relaxed. The Dr was compassionate and kind. The staff all were amazing and went above and beyond for me.
