Dr. C was very informative when explaining my oral health. Office was really clean, the staff was really helpful I easing my stress of dental offices. They will explain your dental plan from most important to least so that you can prioritize your care which is really helpful.

The lobby of their office is nice and the staff are friendly, but the organization feels a bit sales oriented. They will make an effort to sell everything from occlusal guards to laser cleanings to fluoride supplements. This was somewhat expected as there are multiple locations of URBN dental, so there's going to be a corporate feeling to it. They put photos of your teeth up on a monitor in front of you so that you can see how dirty your teeth are and say a sequence of numbers that are supposedly estimates of your gum health. They use sales techniques to make a patient's numbers seem high relative to a pre-established baseline in order to induce additional purchases. It's also odd that they have the x-ray machine in an open room that is visible from the lobby. This means that the initial x-ray procedure occurs without any patient privacy. I've been going to dentists for several decades and it felt different to me in the preceding respects. All of that said, I only had my teeth examined and cleaned, and they feel cleaner. I have no idea about the relative skill or specialization of the dentist who saw me or other dentists on staff for performing complex procedures. I would have to shop around if I were looking to get dental surgery performed.

It was very easy to set up the appointment and even easier to see the doctor. No wait time.

Opencare web is very good to choose the available dentist around your area. First dentist didn't answer to my request. But the second answered in minutes.

This dentist was quick efficient and knowledgeable! I communicated that I had several doctors appointments today and wanted to complete everything within a two hour window if possible. We were in and out start to finish in less than an hour and a half tops! Amazing customer service and I am excited to continue my dental hygiene journey with Dr.Lee and his amazing team!
