Found the office through OpenCare ad on Facebook; gave them a call and Jody was very friendly and helpful in assisting me with scheduling an appt. She was even able to run my insurance info and give me a quote for my expected out-of-pocket costs. They sent a packet of info and pre-apt info for me to fill out before arriving so that I wouldn't waste any time in the waiting area. They also sent a postcard with a reminder prior to my appt. The experience itself was hands-down the best dentist visit I've ever had! They made sure I was comfortable, cost was less than I'd expected, etc. Everything was thorough and relaxing - I've found my new neighborhood dentist. Would recommend to anyone! Loved it.
