As soon as i walked into the office I was impressed! Gorgeous, spacious waiting room. They have state of the art equipment and fantastic staff. I loved everyone l dealt with. 😊 And the view of the courtyard from the exam rooms is amazing. Highly recommend!

The Dr. Höediono is very friendly, I have never been a big fan of the dentist but he is good. He welcomed me to his family and I think that is a really great way to treat clients!

The service, I received at Kitchner branch was awesome. The staff was so friendly and professional. Especially, Ms Sahila did really good job for cleaning my teeth. A big thanks to the whole team. I would love to see these people in future. thanks Manpreet

The office was beautiful, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. My daughter is always quite nervous going to the dentist, but the staff made her feel very comfortable, discussing each step as they went. Great experience!

The dentist office is in a good location and had lots of available parking out front. I was greeted warmly by reception and the hygenist was pleasant and nice. As someone who is fairly nervous at the dentist everyone I interacted with made me feel calm and welcome.

Was greeted promptly, and taken care of, much faster than expected. The staff seemed very positive and outgoing. I was informed with great detail about the procedures, more so than past dentistry offices. The Dr. seemed friendly, and very knowledgeable. There is no negative thing, that I can say about this office. From entrance, to exit, I was treated like family. I look forward to many more visits. I would definitely recommend this place.

Dr. Höediono's dentistry was the best I have ever been to. The receptionist was welcoming and highly professional. The hygienist, Leah, took the time to explain what was happening during the visit. Dr. Höediono's final checkup helped me feel like I had been well taken care of. The entire experience was warm and professional throughout!

Opencare connected me with Dr. Höediono’s dental office and I was not disappointed. I’m not very fond of going to the dentist but everyone I met there made me feel really comfortable and was very friendly. I liked it so much that I have booked my family in for check ups!

They make you feel very good when you go see them

Though they are a little bit ways off for students at UW, their office was warm and friendly; every single staff was a delight to talk to. The staff too enjoyed each other as well and it was a great overall experience. Answered all my questions I had and took great lengths to make my visit enjoyable.
