The hygienist explained how the visit would go before they did anything and all went according to plan. Dr. Hoang took a few moments during the exam to find out a little about me and explained her findings about my teeth in detail afterward. They understood that not everyone is a regular dentist visitor nor flosses twice a day every day and were not judgmental. Jaycee provided me with free flossers for my permanent retainers, and Dr. Hoang made me feel very comfortable. Everyone was so personable and knew what they were talking about.
