My first visit went very well from beginning to end. The staff and dentist were very professional and made me feel comfortable. This initial appointment included exhausting and a complete dental exam by the dentist. The dentist explained my treatment plan very thoroughly and addressed my anxiety and made feel at ease about the whole treatment process. The assistant explained the insurance part thoroughly as well. I left knowing what to expect on my next appointment and thereafter.

As someone who has had negative experiences at the dentist in the past, I was comforted by the friendly and attentive staff. I appreciated how well they explained the condition of my teeth, the recommended treatment plan, and ways I can improve my oral hygiene routine.

The clinic itself is spotless and modern, with a calming atmosphere that helped ease my nerves. I especially appreciated their commitment to patient comfort and affordability through special discounts. Dr. Asaad was light-handed and his assistant was very thorough. They’re professional, go above and beyond, and painless...the ability to do that (to operate with a painless experience) for a patient like me who was a root canal and crowning to treat, means the world and is valued. Plus, they communicate well with their patients through the process. I trust this practice, Signature Smiles, with my health because I now know the quality I will receive. I am 100% satisfied. I will definitely proceed with my treatment here. Plus, my husband got to watch his old westerns on TV in the reception area! Great place all around!

Wanted me to show up early for appointment, no one at front desk for 30 min when showed up. Spoke down to me, dentist seemed annoyed, was not gentle and no bedside manner. Then tells me to call back so he can call me in another prescription, I call and he says nope we will wait for medical clearance instead to pull teeth. Then why say that in the first place. Never saw any other patients in the office from the time I came in to the time I left and if that is how the dentist is, I'm not surprised no one else was there. Not going back and that is why people don't like going to the dentist.

I had a great experience with Dr. Paul Asaad and his team. They were friendly and professional throughout the process and took time to explain the results of the check-up in detail and recommend the best path forward.
