At my first visit, I was graciously greeted upon entry and didn't wait but 2-3 minutes before I was called up for my x-rays and initial exam with two attendants and Dr Singh. After evaluation, we discussed my preferred treatment plan, and extra [cosmetic] options were presented without any tone of pushiness. I like that this clinic has multiple locations, yet this office has a lovely view of trees and sky from the large floor-to-ceiling windows; very peaceful.
