Reviewed on December 2nd, 2021 • Verified patientbest experience I've ever had at a dentist office. I have a lot of anxiety around the dentist.. so much I've put off going for 3 years. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, everyone was so kind + made me feel comfortable. I actually don't think I've ever felt so comfortable at a doctors office before. It didn't feel rushed, which is important for me. Everyone I met, carefully and thoroughly walked me through every step of the process. Two examples that I really stuck with me was when Dr. Segal physically took pictures of the issues he was talking about and showed me what was going on. The second part was when the (I assume the office manager + I apologize as I don't remember her name) came in after the appointment and walked me through my insurance coverage in detail, pricing and next steps. The whole experience felt genuine.
