Great experience the first time. Olga was detailed and educated me throughout the visit. Went there a second time for a filling and cleaning, and was not what I expected. It’s very busy there, which is understandable. But with someone who experiences anxiety, I wasn’t informed that I was going to be injected with a needle to be numbed. I’ve always been out under. Everything was happening so fast that I started to get an anxiety attack right before the procedure and couldn’t follow through with it. They were very understanding though and helped me the best they could. They gave me water, brought a fan in, and helped me breathe. If you don’t have a problem with anxiety or needles, you’re in great hands. It was just a personally overwhelming experience for me with a lack of communication on certain areas.

I recently relocated to LA and had the unfortunate luck of loosing a filling and part of a back tooth. I had found a dentist yet! Via Google I located Dr. Olga Karnakova and the beautiful staff at the dental office on Crenshaw. I was definitely unsure at first because I needed immediate care and didn't know anything about this office or the dentist. I have issues with my teeth and need experienced professionals.
