Great stage and excellent care

While the gentleman at the front desk and one of the other staff members (I think his name was Kevin) were very friendly, the rest of the experience was not good. I came for a new patient exam/cleaning and it took 2.5 hours (most of that time was me sitting in the chair alone waiting for someone to come in). I was the first appointment of the day so it’s not as if there was a backlog throughout the day causing the delay. It seemed like they overbooked because all staff was scrambling from room to room. They billed my insurance for an X-ray they didn’t take. The actual cleaning did not seem as thorough as other cleanings I’ve had. Something about the whole experience just didn’t feel right, especially after seeing other reviews. I think I will get a 2nd opinion on everything they said I need done.

Everyone was nice. The Assistant that took my images was kind of cold but that was it.

I think there was some miscommunication, i went in for a cleaning but they said that they had to evaluate and do a consultation before they could do a cleaning. I dont know if that standard practice at this clinic, i've never had this before. The people working there were nice and the place was clean.

Helpful Staff

The care team from the start was amazing. They went above and beyond to verify insurance coverage and was able to get me in quickly. Treatment plan was solid professional and an overall positive experience. Glad I made the decision on choosing this dentist.

Overall good experience. Doctor was professional and courteous. As I am pregnant so advised me to come for the treatment after the delivery of baby is done.
