Everything went well. The only disappointment was that they scheduled my appointment on a day when Dr. Kwok was off, and they did not inform me about it!

I had a great experience at this dental office! The staff are very nice and friendly, and they made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The whole team made me feel relaxed and well taken care of. The office is clean, well-organized, and you can tell they truly care about their patients. I’m so glad I found this place, and I’ll definitely be coming back for my regular checkups and cleanings.

From Receptionist, Dental Hygienist, to Dentist, everyone was very professional and friendly. All steps and procedures were explained in detail, no surprises at all. They spend time to understand your medical history to ensure all potential risks are taken into consideration before they start, which is appreciated.

This clinic is great! Space was clean and the staff was very accommodating. I needed to see a dentist urgently and they were able to move my appointment to an earlier date to accommodate my needs. Dr. Kwok was also very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease during the initial consultation.
