Dr. Rick Beck is proud to be a Northwest Indiana family dentist. He began his undergraduate education at Indiana University where he majored in biology. Upon early acceptance, he then attended the University of Illinois at Chicago and in 1994 graduated with his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree. Dr. Beck has been giving his patients something to smile about ever since. He feels very fortunate to have found a profession he truly enjoys and that allows him to help his patients achieve a healthy, happy smile. Working as a Northwest Indiana family dentist in Merrillville is a bonus because this region is where he was born and raised. And now, it’s where he’s raising his family. Dr. Beck lives in Valparaiso with his wife, Liesl, and their three children, Ryan, Stephanie and Meghan. When he’s not tending to patients, he enjoys coaching youth sports, especially volleyball, playing golf and spending time with his family.
