Dr. Joel O Figueredo

Dr. Joel O. Figueredo joined Creative Toothwork in August 2018, drawn by the practice's commitment to high-quality, attentive care and its alignment with his own values. With extensive experience in both Cuba and the United States, he has developed a deep appreciation for the difference that thorough, compassionate dentistry makes in patients' lives. He believes in a close and personal approach to dentistry, taking the time to listen, understand concerns, and clearly explain every treatment option, so he can design customized treatment plans that fit each patient's needs and goals, from preventive care to restorative and advanced dental treatments. He earned his dental degree from Camaguey University of Medical Sciences in 1992 and later graduated from New York University College of Dentistry in 2009. He also served in the United States Army Dental Corps, where he achieved the rank of Captain and was deployed to Afghanistan. With a background that includes experience as a dental assistant and ongoing continuing education, Dr. Figueredo stays current with modern dentistry and advanced clinical techniques, contributing to Creative Toothwork's mission of delivering high-quality, compassionate dental care with a human touch.
