Dr. Yuval Azulay

I have been practicing dentistry for more than two decades, and I still enjoy my job as I enjoyed it when I started: helping people feel better about their health and their smile. I am the founder and owner of Upper Dublin Family Dentistry, a multi-specialty practice with locations in Willow Grove, Elkins Park, and Montgomeryville. I earned my D.M.D. from Temple University and went on to complete advanced training in Full-Mouth Reconstruction at New York University. I also earned a postgraduate certificate in Dental CBCT Radiological Interpretation from King's College London. Education has always been an important part of my career. I have taught restorative dentistry and served as a Clinical Instructor at Temple University before opening the Elkins Park location. I currently serve as a Clinical Associate in Restorative Dentistry at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. I believe being a good dentist means never stopping learning. Teaching keeps me up to date, challenges me to understand the "why" behind what we do, and ultimately makes me a better clinician for my patients. My particular interests are restorative and reconstructive dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, implant restorations, and complex cases that require careful diagnosis and planning. I also enjoy using digital dentistry and 3D imaging to better understand a patient's condition and create more predictable treatment. At Upper Dublin Family Dentistry, we have built a team where general dentists and specialists work together. That means patients can receive comprehensive care in one practice, with different areas of expertise working together rather than treating each problem in isolation. Outside of dentistry, I enjoy being with my family, following Philadelphia sports, hiking, skiing, and playing golf. I am married with two children, and one of the things that makes me especially proud is that my daughter is now following in my footsteps and attending dental school. Whether you are coming in for a routine checkup, have a tooth that is bothering you, or need a more complex treatment plan, my goal is always the same: to listen carefully, give you an honest assessment, explain your options clearly, and provide the highest level of care I can.
