Fantastic experience with the Royal City Family Dental team. The clinic was clean, spacious with adequate seating and it was reassuring that there were lots of other patients coming and going (popular place). Dr. Sonja was extremely professional, warm and experienced. She clearly explained the situation after performing an initial exam and followed up with a treatment plan. She then stayed behind an hour after the clinic's listed closing time just to finish my procedure because I decided to go ahead with it. Wonderful service and great staff, will be back!

It’s good overall

Great appointment overall, dental hygienist was friendly but would have liked more communication on what steps were being done during the cleaning. Enjoyed the tv on the ceiling during my cleaning. Did not like to hold the suction during the cleaning.

I had a great experience with my exam , I was thoroughly shown my xrays and scans to understand the treatments that they want to give me to make more comfortable decisions about my option going ahead in the future appointments, The cleaning was great they very knowledgeable, thorough and very gentle I am very impressed by the appointment
