This was an exceptional first impression! From the moment I walked in - I greeted by a very friendly receptionist/manager. She explained the forms to fill out and gave me opportunity to complete after my appointment as I was called right away! My amazing hygienist was absolutely delightful - explained everything, performed tasks that I hadn’t had before (but should have!) showed and explained my X-rays and did an amazing job. The dentist came in just before polishing to ensure all looked good and reviewed X-rays as well. All in all - amazing. I will be calling tomorrow to schedule my next appointment 🙂
