I had a wonderful experience at Newmarket Dental Care! Dr. Kin and his staff were so kind, I felt like I could have been a dear friend. They made sure to set the expectation in terms of work needing to be done, and laid out the cost so it wasn’t a surprise. Definitely a dental experience I haven’t had before. 10/10 would recommend! :)

I am a patient with high anxiety at the dentist. I have had too many cavities to count as well as 2 dental surgeries. Dr. Wayne Kin is very empathetic, as well as the dental assistant, giving me dark glasses for my sensitive eyes, and letting me know that I can stop at any time if I am feeling stressed. He showed me my teeth on the big tv, and explained to me in easy to understand lingo what needs fixed. I am so glad opencare recommended this dentist!

The receptionist and employees were very nice, understanding and patient. Dr. Kin was very polite and wanted to make sure exactly what I wanted & in his own words “For me to be taking care of” which meant a lot. The procedure went well, quickly and met my every expectation. I definitely walked out of there with a smile. And booked another appointment for a clean and examination.

Overall, a great experience! I needed an urgent appointment due to pain and the office staff fit me in that day. The office staff were really friendly and accommodating. The dental assistant and hygienist were super friendly and put me at ease throughout my visit. Dr Kin is extremely knowledgeable, kind and thorough. He took time to explain my options while showing concern for my wallet! I felt comfortable and at ease during my entire visit. I highly recommend Dr Kin and his team.

Dr. Kin and staff took care of me and my family. I appreciate the time he took to explain in detail the x-rays and photos that were taken of my mouth. He explained how teeth and overall are interconnected. Office is close and convenient.
