I had my first appointment at Peak Dental Arts today and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The staff at the front desk were kind and helpful, and the whole space feels clean, modern, and calming. My hygienist was gentle, thorough, and explained everything in a way that made me feel really comfortable. The dentist took the time to walk me through my x-rays and treatment plan clearly and patiently, which I really appreciated. It’s not always easy to feel relaxed at the dentist, but this team made it a genuinely positive experience. So grateful I found them – highly recommend!

I’ve had a good experience with Dr. Li at Peak Dental. She’s thorough and takes the time to clearly explain each step of any procedure, which really helps me feel informed and at ease. She also checks in frequently throughout the treatment to ensure I’m comfortable. The only minor downside I’ve noticed is the limited seating in the waiting area. My appointment was in the afternoon when it was particularly busy, and there were only about four seats available, two armchairs and an ottoman that seats two comfortably. When a family came in, I offered my seat out of courtesy and stood for about 15 minutes before my next appointment for a cleaning. It wasn’t a major issue, and since it was a sunny day, my alternative would’ve been to wait outside until I was called in. However, given that this is Vancouver and with the high likelihood of rain from September through May that’s not always a practical option. Moreover, In consideration of elderly patients, people with disabilities, those who are pregnant, or families with young children, it would be helpful if the clinic could expand or reconfigure the waiting area to offer more seating. That said, the care at Peak Dental is good, and I would recommend Dr. Li and her team.

I'm someone who really dislikes going to the dentist but both my appoinments (broke them into 2 - 1 for checkup with dentist and 2 was cleaning) were comfortable and pain free. Wonderful doc and staff, I will continue going to them.

I had a nice first experience at Peak Dental Arts. The staff made it enjoyable. However, they were a bit late taking me into my appointment, I had to wait for the dentist which prolonged my time there, and one of the cleaning machines wasn't working. That might have just been because of the busy day. The staff apologized, and I ended up seeing a different dentist vs waiting longer.

Due to a scheduling issue I did have to wait for a short time but the staff were so kind and the space was so clean and comfortable I didn’t mind. The dentist dr. Omar Virani was so kind and informative more so than any dentist I’ve had before.
