I scheduled a cleaning as a new patient through opencare and received a confirmation from the dentist's office for my cleaning. I got to my appointment, filled out all the paperwork, was then told that actually they didn't have time for a cleaning but would do a check-up... I waited 20 minutes past my scheduled appointment time and then decided to leave. This office didn't keep my appointment type or appointment time, which is incredibly frustrating. I would never give business or my trust to an office that failed to follow through on the only two obligations they were supposed to.
