Super easy to book and all staff were very friendly. Dr. Jack is an outstanding dentist who explained everything to me through the steps, "what we are doing, why we are doing it, What good looks like, what worries us and why". I loved how Dr. Jack complimented all the positives about my teeth and health which makes a big difference to me. The dentist isn't really normally a "positive" experience and is made much worse for me when the dentist spends their time pointing out all the problems and things I am doing wrong. I really appreciated this experience and consider Dr. Jack my new dentist (and all the staff). Thank you!

Their office is clean and a great location at the west end of Oakville’s downtown core. They also offer free underground parking. Their staff was attentive, and did amazing work. My teeth were overdue for a cleaning, well worth the time.

Dr Jack went through every detail during her examination, and she puts everything in layman's terms for easy understanding so that you can decide what your next steps are. Haven't had this great of a dentist in 10 years.

Dr. Jack was fantastic! Took her time to explain the issues I had in my teeth, the process it would take to get adult braces/Invisalign, what I should expect given the structure of my teeth, etc. Really felt like I was taken care of.

I wish I could give them more than 5-stars. The booking was thorough and quick, the team is wonderful to work with, and everyone is incredibly friendly. I normally am very anxious and haven't been to the dentist in years. Dr. Jack, Daisy, Mona, Collen, and Lisa made the experience of my emergency work, my routine cleaning, and my oral exam completely stress free. If you're in the Oakville area, come down and see them. You won't be disappointed!
