Worst dental visit experience. I showed up very early in the morning for a routine dental checkup and cleaning. I clearly told them upfront that I did not want to do new X-rays. After waiting 45 minutes, they then told me they couldn’t do a cleaning without X-rays — which makes no sense. What’s even more frustrating is that I offered to forward my recent X-rays from my previous dental office, but that didn’t matter to them at all. Total waste of time and very unprofessional. Definitely not coming back

I found Dion Health through Opencare and am so far happy with them. I was seen quickly and X-rays were taken, cleanings and other treatment plans scheduled. Grateful to have found a nice place with a friendly staff with up to date technology.

I went in for a routine teeth cleaning and wasn't expecting to need to get x-rays. It seems like that is a standard procedure, but I wasn't aware of that before booking my appointment. The staff was accommodating in making sure I was covered for the x rays with my insurance and got on a call with them which I appreciated. My overall x-rays were quick which was great. My teeth cleaning was thorough and also quick and have no complaints.

Dion Health provides a holistic approach to dental care and your overall health care. I felt comfortable and the staff was very nice. The form was quick to complete. The dentist listened to me and shared information gently with my health in mind. Dr. Wang spoke about the connection between inflammation and not caring for your teeth and sleep. He designed a care plan that is understandable and comfortable for me to complete. I appreciate the thoughtfulness and lack of judgment from the staff. I will be coming back to complete my treatment plan. Thank you for your help and putting my health first.
