I had a great experience at Palmdale Children and Family Dental Group. Dr. Yung and the entire staff were amazing — very professional, patient, and caring. They took the time to explain everything clearly and in detail, especially about my upcoming deep cleaning and orthodontic treatments. I really appreciated how they made sure I understood each step and felt comfortable throughout the visit. Highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for excellent care and great service!

I am concerned about the girl doing X-rays, the was no barrier between her and the X-ray. Like most offices the tech will step on the side of the wall or a barrier or something. This office doesn’t have that.

Although the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, the dental assistants lacked professionalism. The waiting room was very crowded, as were the halls in the treatment areas. The place was dingy. I appreciate the care and friendly staff, but I don't think I will be returning here.

This was my very first visit, So; my impression may not give full perspective as those with multiple visits. What I can say is; -facility is spacious -has modern equipment -staff is friendly & knowledgeable -they take non insurance patients (cash or CC payments) Cons: I did have to wait awhile before being serviced. Yet; once the dentist came to my room, everything ran smoothly. This is my honest opinion of my experience at this dentist office.
