I booked what I thought was a standard cleaning and exam via opencare. The technician who was doing my X-rays had to redo them multiple times and the mouth piece was very painful/uncomfortable- an issue I’ve never had in my past dentist experiences. I then waited a long time before the exam. I was then told I couldn’t have a normal cleaning but they would only do a deep cleaning that was not covered by my insurance. I paid much more out of pocket than expected. When I asked the technician cleaning my teeth what the difference was between the deep clean and the standard clean procedure was she said the process was actually pretty much the same. I would not recommend this practice to others, as I did not feel that cost, procedure booked, and process were disclosed up front.

Everything about this experience was great. All the staff was great. I was there on Halloween, the office was decorated and best of all it’s very close to home. I will be with Majestic Dental for a very long time

I appreciated the personalized approach. I have only ever gone to one other dentist, so I was worried about changing providers but I’m glad I booked the appointment.

1st time patient and the staff and Doctor(s) are excellent!! Rooms are clean, front office staff welcoming and love the efficiency.

the staff was very polite and professional. they made sure that I understood everything that they were going to do. The offices were clean and neat, you could watch tv while you were having the procudures done. The place was top notch when it came to dental work.
