I had difficulty finding the place but was okay overall , they recommended additional services but was not pushy overall , and were polite even though I refused , overall professional and clean .

I had a good experience at Fine Dental Arts. Everyone was friendly and they explained me everything in detail. Deep cleaning was not painful at all.

I had a great experience at Fine Dental Arts. The dentist was very thorough and took the time to clearly explain my dental health and what steps I should take moving forward to maintain healthy teeth. I appreciated how they didn't rush through the appointment and made sure I understood everything. The staff was friendly and professional, and the office was clean and comfortable. I feel much more confident about taking care of my teeth now thanks to their clear guidance. Highly recommend!

Friendly and nice ambiance

This was my first visit to Fine Dental Arts, and the experience was disappointing. The waiting time alone was frustrating — I arrived at 2:00, didn’t get started until 2:45, waited again for the doctor, and ended up spending almost two hours just for X-rays and a brief consultation. On top of that, I booked a routine cleaning, but after taking X-rays they refused to do a basic cleaning and pushed for deep cleaning before even checking my gum pockets. I wasn’t ready for that procedure the same day, and they still denied my request. Hygiene was another concern. The assistant used the same gloves in my mouth and on the equipment, and I noticed torn patient chairs and worn equipment. Overall, the environment didn’t feel welcoming.

I took regular cleaning appointment with them. They explained to me everything what is covered in insurance, what are the options for treatments, etc. The staff and doctor were very friendly and knowledgeable.

This clinic has been around for a long time. I don't think I need to say anything more

There was so much confusion about the appointment. I was ~10 minutes late however they had double booked the doctor. There was an adhoc person who visited in between and they cut short my appointment in between and told me to come next day. This was so shocking that how can you stop the treatment in between. And they had no courtesy either. They wanted to charge me for two visits even when it was their fault to accept another patient during my scheduled appointment. I had to firmly say no to them at which point they offered me a tentative appointment for 90 minutes later. All in all it was a horrible experience where I got punished by 2 hours of wasted time for being 10 minutes late.

Nice, modern facilities. Could have been better if the doctor explained a bit more on what are they doing.

Overall a good experience

Feels like they are trying to rush through things rather than taking time to clean teeth and do the check up. My entire experience from the moment I worked in to when I work out took less than 30 min - usually that lasts for 45 min-1 hr in my previous dentists.
