Doctor is friendly and responsible, did a detailed X-ray and recommended to do deep cleaning

I was suggested to get the deep cleaning done and filling to be done. Also remove existing filling and redo filling

The doctor did not explain the procedure clearly, and I did not feel treated with care or respect. The appointment felt rushed, even though there were hardly any other patients waiting. The receptionist was unhelpful and often rude. Whenever I tried to ask about insurance coverage or other concerns, my calls went unanswered—even during office hours. It also felt like unnecessary procedures were added to maximize insurance billing. Despite this, very little was actually done during what was supposed to be a “deep cleaning.” I was asked to come in twice to complete treatment for each half of my mouth, when all I initially wanted was a routine cleaning. Instead, they performed a full-mouth debridement first, followed by deep cleaning a month later. The X-ray equipment seemed outdated and uncomfortable. The process was painful, with repeated attempts using poorly handled equipment. The plastic cover on the X-ray tool injured my upper palate, and during pocket measurements, each tooth was probed aggressively, causing significant bleeding.

Dr Behshid is knowledgeable and skillful. The front desk friendliness, overall communication and some other areas could be improved.

It was a good experience. Got detailed information of the current state of my dental health. Got good recommendations steps and got thorough cleaning done.

Convenient location. Staff was very busy and working with the scheduling staff proved difficult. Showed up for original appointment and had to come back due to miscommunication.
