Convenient location. Staff was very busy and working with the scheduling staff proved difficult. Showed up for original appointment and had to come back due to miscommunication.

This was a very disappointing experience. The visit felt more focused on maximizing insurance billing than patient care. After reviewing my benefits and taking multiple X‑rays, the doctor refused to perform a standard cleaning and insisted on a deep cleaning instead. I felt pressured into a more expensive procedure, which I declined, and ultimately had to leave without any cleaning. My time was wasted. Many lower‑rated reviews describe similar experiences, which raises concerns about the consistency of care here. I would not recommend this office.
