Dr. Sharon Poon was born and raised in Richmond Hill, Ontario and moved to Adelaide, Australia to study dentistry at University of Adelaide. After achieving her Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree she practiced in Newcastle, Australia before moving back to Toronto in 2020. She enjoys providing patients with a full range of dental treatment, which include, but are not limited to, Invisalign, Crown and Bridge, Oral Surgery, Paediatric Dentistry and Cosmetic Dentistry. Her philosophy of care towards patients is to help them achieve long-term aesthetic and functional smiles, while prioritizing patient comfort, and ensuring all patients’ feel heard and have their concerns addressed. She can communicate fluently in English, French and Cantonese. Outside of dentistry, she enjoys reading, going for hikes and runs and baking. Dr. Poon belongs to RCDSO, ODA and York Region Dental Society.
