Using the latest technology to educate you and answer any questions you may have, very hands on approach to explain all concerns issues and felt very comfortable to be open and ask any questions no matter how obvious. Made a 3D model of my teeth which they let me play with and understand all the geography of my teeth.

The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. The office appeared slightly aged, but very clean, welcoming and spacious. However, their scheduling appeared to be disorganized. My routine dental cleaning that was supposed to be completed with my general new-patient check up was postponed to the next day because they had overbooked the dental hygienist. I had to drive nearly an hour each way for the appointment, meaning I ended up having to spend over three hours on the road due to a scheduling error. It was a simple mistake that could have been avoided. I addressed this error with the staff and they provided the due apology in a professional manner and waived my dental cleaning fee.

Found this dental practice via OpenCare. I was very happy that I chose to have my regular check up scheduled with them. Dr. Kasaraneni is very friendly and explained my dental conditions with detail. I loved the quiet and clean environment of the dental practice. The hygienist is super nice, took my x-rays with explaining every step of the way. I have a follow up cleaning scheduled with them, and looking forward to my next visit. I wish all my friends and family move to get their dental checkups done here.

Loved my dental checkup experience at Rowlett Family dentistry. The staff are super nice and friendly. They have modern tools for imaging, and the dental cleaning was painless and comfortable.
