I haven't been to a dentist in over a decade because I didn't have dental insurance. I didn't feel judged that I hadn't been to the dentist. I was given a thorough treatment plan that I believe will correct all my dental concerns.

My visit to Royal Smiles went really well. The staff was friendly and the office felt clean and professional. The dentist was thorough and explained everything clearly, which made the appointment feel comfortable and stress-free. I appreciated how organized everything was and how easy they made the whole process. I’d definitely recommend them to others looking for a good dental experience.

At first glance, the office feels a bit like a “hole in the wall” in terms of its size and location. It’s not one of those big, flashy dental offices with a large waiting area or a lot of foot traffic. That said, appearances can be deceiving, because the quality of care didn’t reflect that at all. In fact, the experience turned out to be quite positive. The staff was welcoming and attentive from the moment I walked in. They were talkative but they still remained focused on patient care and efficiency. The hygienist did a great job during the cleaning. They had a lighter touch with the scaler, which I personally appreciated, but it was still very effective. Sometimes a heavy hand can make routine cleanings uncomfortable, so the fact that the cleaning was both gentle and thorough stood out as a plus. I use a scaler myself so I like to really get in there. The dentist was personable and took the time to engage rather than just rushing through the exam. That level of interaction makes a difference because it helps patients feel heard and comfortable asking questions if needed. Overall, the experience was solid. Despite the modest setting, the staff and provider delivered attentive, quality care, which ultimately matters far more than the size or appearance of the office. I would definitely consider returning for future visits.

Had a good appointment. Thorough check up and explanations. Looked at any concerns I had. Was in and out for check up, cleaning, and sealant in about an hour or so.
