The staff were super friendly and everyone was great about making sure I was comfortable and not in pain during the whole cleaning procedure. The little kids nook was cute and super helpful to keep the kiddos preoccupied.

Terrible practice! Very poor communication, even with my best efforts as a patient. Can’t reach anyone by phone to address a concern even after multiple calls. Very upset. Dr Crooks, I sincerely hope you can address this with your admin team. This does not inspire confidence that should I have a dental emergency that someone would actually answer the phone! There is zero accountability for a serious communication error—- and this is exactly how patients get harmed.

This was the most well staffed dental office I’ve ever been too. The front desk was super friendly and easy to talk to. Dr Crooks was attentive and took time to listen to my reason for visit. The dental hygienist was a rockstar. I had a great experience and am looking forward to coming back. Many thanks!

I really enjoyed my experience at Dr. Crooks' office. It's clear the staff are knowledgeable and care about their patients. At no point did I ever question their judgments about treatments, and for the cleaning, Dr. Tyler was unbelievably thorough and precise. My teeth have never felt so clean. Everyone there was super kind and the process was smooth and wonderful. Will absolutely be returning!

I had the most thorough round of x-rays and scans I've ever had, with lots of high tech equipment. Everyone I met was kind, attentive, and professional. I felt well taken care of with a personal touch. Each of them explained what was happening in detail so I understood every step of the process. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable.

The decor of the office included paintings by Dr. Crooks, which gave the office a personal touch that put me at ease. Staff was friendly and helpful and I was very much included in the treatment planning and my financial goals were taken into account. I felt like I was cared for.

The office is great. I haven’t felt this comfortable at the dentist ever. I’m glad I found them through OpenCare.
