A San Diego native, Dr. Mojaver completed all of his formative educational years in San Diego. As a graduate of UC San Diego, he completed a B.S. in Physiology and Neurosciences and a B.A. in Sociology with honors. From there, it was off to Boston, MA where he attended Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, one of the top-ranked institutions in America, and attained his D.M.D. degree. Coming from a family of physicians and dentists, there was always an inherent desire for Dr. Mojaver to participate in the healthcare profession. To be able to improve the overall health and self-perception of people provides him with great satisfaction and self-fulfillment. Moreover, the ability to transform someone’s life—by changing their smile, their ability to enjoy food, and relieving chronic pain/headaches related to TMJ disorders—makes this profession rewarding to Dr. Mojaver on an everyday basis.
