Dr. Marie A. Moeckel

Dr. Moeckel excelled in coursework during her dental school years, graduating Summa Cum Laude from the University of Minnesota in 2008. During her early career, she honed her skills in pediatric dentistry, root canals, and removal prosthodontics (dentures and partials). From there, she moved onto CEREC (same day crown) dentistry. Once she started down that path, there was no looking back. Soon, she began exploring all the functionalities CEREC had to offer, taking classes at the Cerecdoctors campus in Scottsdale, AZ. Enthused by the boundless potential, she sought to master all the aspects of CAD-CAM dentistry – including customized same day front tooth crowns and in-house fabricated implant restorations. While expanding her education and skills she has also served as a mentor for others newly training on this technology at the Cerecdoctors campus. During the past two years, she changed her focus over to the surgical side, taking a continuum on implant surgical placement and attending a hands-on course in the Dominican Republic, to gain a vast array of experience with the treatment delivery. Finally, she trained extensively with cone-beam imaging and a guided surgical workflow that would bridge the worlds of CEREC and implant dentistry to streamline dental implant treatment, minimizing clinic visits and maximizing the overall patient experience.
