Dr. Taylor comes from a long family line of dentists. Originally from Seoul, South Korea, she moved to the states alone at the age of 16 to pursue the dream of becoming a dentist to follow her father’s footsteps. Her aunt and six of her cousins are dentists as well, not to mention her father in law and brother in law! They all have influenced Dr. Taylor in giving honest and ethical treatment to all of her patients. Dr. Taylor received her doctor of dental surgery degree from New York University and the bachelor of science degree from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Upon graduating from dental school she moved to Seattle, WA and practiced there for 3 years focusing on oral surgeries. Then she relocated to San Diego in early 2012 and have been enjoying practicing under the abundant sunlight ever since! Dentistry is a fast-changing field and Dr. Taylor strives to provide the highest quality treatment incorporating the latest technology and minimally invasive approach. Besides dentistry, she enjoys watching cat videos in between patients and likes to watch and play any sport that involves a ball. She also collects cars… in diecast.
