Espire Dental | Mission Valley

I hadn’t been to a dentist in many years due to dentophobia. I did my research on yelp and found Dr Rob Frey at Espire Dental. Upon walking into the office, I was greeted with a smile from the professional person at the front desk, the office had a lovely aromatic smell and was very clean. I was very nervous once seated in the exam chair. Right away upon entering the exam room Dr Rob made me feel relaxed by talking to me about my dentophobia, what he could do to make my visit more pleasant and offered me a blanket. He has a gift of communicating with his patients with empathy. He went over my x-rays, explained my treatment options thoroughly without rushing and discussed my treatment plan. He has a calming voice and is perfect for those with any type of dental fear.

The entire office staff from front desk to my hygienist to the Dr were lovely! Espire dental in mission valley is the Trader Joe’s of dentist offices. Everyone was the most friendly. I truly appreciate the personable atmosphere and thorough cleaning and exam done!
