Good first visit

I would love to say the man who took the X-rays and did the initial exam, made sure I knew exactly what the dentist was saying, showed me my pictures to better understand, and even gave me multiple comparisons to better understand. I really enjoyed my experience and I will be back.

It was a little challenging to locate but they were very helpful and they validate your parking for certain types of appointments. The staff was friendly and kind and efficient with their/my time. Will be back for my next cleaning!

Had a routine cleaning and X-rays today as a new patient. The staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable from the start. The cleaning was thorough and the conversation with the hygienist was pleasant. X-rays were quick and painless. The whole visit ran on time and finished when expected. Overall good service.

They had a cancellation so even though it was supposed to only be a consultation they offered to do a cleaning after.

Despite the office being in DT San Diego, they directed me to a free parking lot across the street. The facility was clean, well maintained, and has a modern appeal. The staff was attentive and helpful. The dentists and his assistant knew I was nervous and made my visit pain and stress free.

Amazing place to visit, beautiful decor, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I did get called into my appointment at least 15 minutes later than expected and for whatever reason they were reluctant to send the visits details to me afterwards. I had to call the facility multiple times different days just to get something that simple sent over to me. My appointment was on Monday and the details weren’t sent until I called again on Thursday.
