Great experience from top to bottom. It was easy to get an appointment through OpenCare. The location was not difficult to find. The waiting room is quite cozy. The reception staff, Beverly, was very nice -- and she let me charge my devices and connected me to wifi. The x-rays took too long (almost 30 mins+ with multiple attempts). The tools were super cool (cool 3d modeling). The cleaning was excellent and everything else was good. There was a push for Invisialign, but it was a personal choice if I wanted to proceed. Generally in and out in 2-hours. Nothing abnormal, and quite easy and chill.

Great service, but we received a notification that there's a balance of $131.40 due to California Dental Innovations for dental services provided. Initial discussion when we set up the appointment was it will be covered by our insurance and only $42 out of pocket will be due to me.

Friendly staff, especially the receptionist. Other than the receptionist, I had two assistants and the doctor working with me. Unsure if there is more than one doctor in this office. Each person had their own individual personalities and mannerisms. Overall I was happy with my visit and will be returning.

As someone who has high anxiety when visiting the dentist, this was one of the best dental experiences I ever had. Everyone made efforts to make me feel comfortable and thoroughly explain what was happening, and to make personal connection. I felt very cared for and in good hands, a great experience overall and that is something I rarely say!

Very thorough new patient exam, but very pushy with recommending invisaligns and preventative fillings on teeth without cavities. I had to push to get an itemized treatement plan and that I did not want to commit to planning an invisalign appointment.

Dr Levi was very thorough in cleaning and also in explaining the details after my X-rays and scans on my problem areas. With the use of state of the art imaging I could see exactly what the issues were and she suggested a plan of action to fix concerns. All in all an informative experience.

Great service all around! From the warm welcome at check-in with Beverly, to smooth x-rays with Ricardo, a thorough cleaning with Jordan, and Dr. Levi taking the time to explain the entire appointment to me. I really appreciate the care and professionalism at California Dental Innovations and look forward to continuing my treatment here.

Everyone was so friendly! They couldn't fix my tooth on this meeting which was disappointing but they connected me to someone who could get it done as soon as possible. I was impressed by the new technology!

Unfortunately, this was a terrible experience. I explicitly requested a dental cleaning only, as I had no intention of establishing a long-term relationship with this clinic. I signed two forms declining both full-mouth X-rays and a comprehensive dental exam. Despite this, my insurance was billed for the exam I never received, even though I signed a document refusing it. I was also charged for a fluoride treatment that was never applied. On top of that, the clinic performed an unnecessary 2D imaging procedure—without my consent, without prior discussion, and not covered by my insurance. To this day, I see no reason why such imaging was needed. This is the first time I have ever left a negative review, but I strongly recommend avoiding this business. I will also be contacting my insurance provider to ensure they are aware that this clinic billed for services not provided.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Shivanesh Naicker and his team. He took the time to explain everything clearly without ever making me feel rushed or talked down to. I really appreciated how he and Amar, the dental assistant, stayed beyond the scheduled time to make sure everything was done properly. Beverly at the front desk was also super welcoming and helpful. Overall, I felt genuinely cared for by the whole team. Highly recommended!

I appreciated my first experience at this dental practice. Everyone was very professional but also friendly and personable. It was a basic cleaning, I appreciated that they didn’t try to sell me on extra procedures that I didn’t need, and great view from the chair!

Had a good experience getting cleaning and exam done at the clinic. Limited street parking but has a garage right below.

I hadn’t been to the dentist in years, so I was a little nervous going in, but everyone here made me feel super comfortable right away. The staff is really friendly and down-to-earth — no judgment at all, just helpful and chill vibes. The cleaning was way smoother than I expected. They were really thorough but gentle, and they explained everything as they went. My teeth felt amazing afterward — seriously the cleanest they’ve been in a long time. They also broke everything down clearly when it came to insurance and future treatment, which I really appreciated. No pressure, just honest info and options. Overall, super happy I came here. Definitely coming back for regular cleanings now!
