The staff and doctor were generally friendly and informative. However, I had been informed that my initial appointment would take one hour, and instead it took about 2.5, in part because the dental assistant could not take proper x-rays of my wisdom teeth. They kept retaking the images instead of adjusting properly for the tight space in my mouth. I am unsure that the x-ray equipment is up to date because at other offices I have typically gotten a quick and easy panorama rather than separate images of each tooth.

I enjoyed the professionalism and thorough exam. Facilities were clean and modern.

I had a great experience at Smile SF - I hadn't been to the dentist in a while, and needed treatment for some of my teeth and gums. They walked me through everything and made it clear why I needed certain procedures, and overall I felt confident in the treatment I received.

All parts of my dental health were described in great detail. There was a visual review with my teeth which was quite informative and helpful. The technology used to detect cavities is something new I haven’t seen before which is cool. I appreciated the explanations that helped give purpose to why flossing is so important.

Totally painfree - the first time anethetic injection didn't hurt! she is meticulous and doewsnt waste time. Be sure to understand financial arrangements. The working was unclear in print regarding savings.
