Had a great visit here at Golden Coast Dental. The staff was friendly and professional. The cleaning was extremely thorough. Overall, a great experience. Only downside was that the appointment took longer than I anticipated.

Very very long wait time. 2 1/2 hours for a cleaning. 40 minutes to get to the room. They need more dentists in staff. The dentist had trouble explaining his findings in English. The staff was super friendly, professional, warm and courteous. If it wasn’t for the staff I probably would’ve left. The receptionist who answers in Korean wasn’t helping the other receptionist with all the rush. Mariana stayed friendly and welcoming throughout the mad rush of people needing her assistance. I really appreciated Mariana’s customer service- she was doing the job of three people. She made sure everyone was taken care of. The staff was apologetic about the wait time, but it wasn’t their fault at all and I understood that.

I had a great experience at Gold Coast Dental San Gabriel. The staff was very welcoming and professional, and the office felt clean and modern. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Quick, efficient, and friendly service—I’ll definitely be coming back.

Great office and friendly staff

This place was great, especially the receptionist. It’s rather fancy as well, I did not know what I was signing up for but they don’t keep you waiting for long which I really like.

Good experience

Moved from Fresno to LA and booked a dentist at Gold Coast since it has good ratings. The location is a bit difficult to spot, since it's located on the second floor in the far corner opposite of the Hilton Hotel, but the place is very well decorated and all-glass doors make it look very professional. I used an "iPad" type of device to fill out patient info, so pretty hi-tech. They use a huge screen TV to show you the condition of your teeth. Dr Zhang explained thoroughly of preventative measures to protect my teeth for longevity.

Was looking for a dental office close to home and found Gold Coast Dental through a quick google search. The office is nice and clean, the staff friendly and quick. I was a first time patient and got my appointment started within a few minutes of walking in, which was great. I'm hoping this can be my go to place for any and all dental work and so far I have had a good experience.

Appointment was rushed. No hygienist was available for cleaning. Reception staff left work even before patient to finish. Both staff attending to patient was talking continuously in a language that patient did not understand. Both didn’t care for patients discomfort during treatment.
