Great services, all around successful in taking care of my dental issues

I make appointment at Opencare for Gold Coast Dental office. When I arrive for my appointment, they don't have any information about you being there. They will treat you like a walk in, so be aware.

My dental visit was very pleasant, as I was getting there the staff welcomed me took my information down checked me in and I didn’t wait long to be called in (very much appreciated) this was my only day off and I had so much to do.So with the assistance of the staff I was able to get my treatment done fast. I left with my new appointment scheduled and plus my husband was waiting for me in the lobby and he has amazed about the friendly reception staff he said “the girls offered me some water” that was a nice gesture of their part acknowledging family waiting!! Definitely recommend 10/10 thumbs up!!👍👍

Very thorough and knowledgeable. Could tell which teeth were giving me issues just by looking at them.

Highly recommended, staffs are nice. They work fast, within 5 mins after I check in they bring me to do xray and I was seen as soon as the xray was done. Thorough exam, detail explanation easy to understand.

Waited over 30 minutes for the appointment to be done way too quick. The staff helped with getting the X-rays done which took about 15 minutes, waited and spoke to the "doctor" for less than 5 minutes, and finished off my appointment talking to a treatment coordinator. Doctor, I'm assuming is the doctor, came in and didn't even introduce himself or try and have friendly small talk, which I thought was odd considering it's my first time visit. He tells me what needs to be done, asked if I was interested in alignment treatment, wrote down some notes and walked out. Personally, it felt very unprofessional and I walked out of there feeling confused even though the treatment coordinator answered all my questions. While the treatment coordinator was helpful, some staff that helped me, just felt out of place.

Staff is very friendly , very thorough, and able to answer your questions. Dentist was very nice & funny.
