The receptionists are very kind, however my first visit was subpar. The practice uses outdated equipment and required 18 sets of X-rays, which meant about 45 min of discomfort with probes in my mouth. Also after the X-ray, I was switched last minute from the female dentist I had initially been scheduled with to a male dentist who spent less than 5 min with me and gave me a rushed and unclear explanation behind why I needed certain additional services. After that, I spent another 30 min waiting for my cleaning, but was told there are only 2 hygienists that day and would have to wait another 30 min.

Dr. Yang works fast!!! He does seem to have a lot of patients and needs to bounce between rooms a lot, but his is clearly very well versed in his craft. His technical skill is really apparent in the delivery of his care and I thought that was impressive. Again, he won’t spend much time with you beyond the bare bones (or at least this was my experience). I’m someone who doesn’t need a lengthy explanation though and I don’t have much dental anxiety so it turned out fine. If you do, you might need to let the office know so they can assist in some way. This dentist was really busy! I hope he gets some downtime

There was a bit of a wait for my appointment, but the staff was apologetic and attentive. I received great dental care from this office.

It is a mixed bag. Most of the employees were very kind and professional, but one was not. She was professional, but seemed bothered when asked questions. All others were fine. Most dental.offices have the tape on the equipment to demonstrate a sterile environment, however, this one did not. If they choose to not to, they should wipe things down in front of the patient. They told me it was sterile, but the way they handle the equipment did not demonstrate this. It does not give me confidence that the equipment/tools were sterile.

Been going to the dentist all my life so i beleive we know how assistants and dentists perform. Everything was rushed except for the xray. polish so so. Amy on the front was great. Cleaning felt rushed

Staff is rude when on the phone to ask about my receipt the receptionist asked me to sign some paperwork and send it over when Icalled to ask her for my receipt. She said she didn’t have time for me and would send it whenever she wanted by the end of day the receptionist, the manager and the dentist himself are very rude and disgusting people. The office had roaches and unsanitary will never go back again.

I wished they told me what they were doing to me as they were working on me instead of just going right in. I had no idea they were going to numb me.

They had good service over there did not charge me any extra for the tooth brushes they gave us

I haven't tried a new dentist in a decade and giving this place a try really opened me up to how modern and advanced dentist facilities can be nowadays! This place had amazing xray technology and staff was very knowledgeable and explained to me how gum health works as you age.

Maggie the hygienist was great! They were quite busy even for a Tuesday morning. First time had to wait for about 30 minutes, but everything was smooth sailing. They seem honest and didn’t try to upsell.

The office visit went according. My dentist explain the treatment plan and offer options moving forward. Overall it was a nice experience.

Staff was amazing. Management needs to fix their scheduling and understaffing issue. Left my first appt after it was estimated 1.5 hours behind my appointment time due to a call-out. Then at my rebooking there was a 20 min wait for x-rays and 40 min wait for cleaning due to staffing. The entire team has to continuously apologize for the wait times and take the heat as they are the ones customer facing , yet it’s management causing them this stress. The receptionists and techs go above and beyond to make up for what that can’t control by upper management.
