My first experience with them was great from scheduling an appointment to coming in for the first time and post-visit. The staff (receptionist and I believe it was Dr. Helen who cleaned my teeth) were very nice and informative. I met with Dr. Nancy last and she was nice and informative as well. Friendly Staff, hands on dentist, great explanations

I also appreciated that a sinple cleaning appointment was performed by the ACTUAL dentist, instead of a hygenist and then the dentist just pokes around. Dr Trinh also explained thouroughly what needs to be done in the future and gave me a detailed treatment plan with options. Hygenist was a little splashy with the water during polish.
