Love the staff and doctor. Everyone from start to finish were kind, engaging and helpful. I love the approach the dentist has with preventive care and doing things to treat in less expensive or invasive procedures where possible first. Explained in detail where Im at with my dental health and next steps to ensure my best care moving forward. Recommending this office to my friends!

I liked the dentist Nancy Trinh DDS. She was great and thorough. Honest communicator. The hygenist was a little rough and hurt me a couple times. They did a CBCT or any advanced scan (oral/facial imaging) on me without my consent when I had asked them for preventative care. Which I found out when my insurance got their claim. The issue was not the scan however I felt taken advantage off because I wasn't informed. When I called and expressed my discomfort they said that it was not going to be charged and waived it off. They said that the reason they took it is for proof to insurance on why a future deep cleaning is required. The reason seemed realistic however an heads up would have helped. Unfortunately broke my trust. I do not play with my health and was going to do all the recommended treatments by the dentist. They suggested I get 10 cavities filled and a deep cleaning. However, I cancelled my appointments. Lesson learnt for me.

I’ve been really impressed with this dental office. From the moment you check in, the staff is warm, friendly, and professional, which makes every visit feel much less stressful. Dr. Trinh and her team take the time to explain what you need (and what you don’t), and they never push unnecessary treatments. The entire office runs smoothly, and you can feel how much they genuinely care about their patients. I also want to highlight how wonderful my dental hygienist, Crystal, has been. She is incredibly thorough, attentive, and gentle, and she makes sure you’re comfortable throughout the entire cleaning. Her attention to detail and the way she checks in with you during the process really stand out. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill, patience, and kindness so seamlessly. Scheduling and reminders are handled efficiently. The environment is clean, calm, and welcoming, and the whole team consistently goes the extra mile. Overall, this is a trustworthy, patient focused practice, and I would confidently recommend it to anyone looking for caring, competent dental care.
