I felt welcomed the moment I came into the office. Cindy, the receptionist was pleasant. The hygienist (Domenica) did a fantastic job and explained everything she was doing. I have never had my teeth feel so clean! She was very thorough and trustworthy.

The office and front staff were very friendly and welcoming. My hygienist was extremely thorough. I could tell she loved her job. The dentist came in to check her work and offered suggestions to improve my smile.

I recently visited Big Bay Dental Clinic and had an excellent experience. The clinic has a very inviting atmosphere, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well-cared-for.

Left the office feeling well informed of all of my options and the resources that I had available, as well as a much needed refresh! All staff I encountered (administration, hygienist, radiologist, dentist) were very professional, experienced, compassionate and knowledgeable! I am feeling optimistic and will be happy to continue improving my oral health with this office!

I actually requested a female dentist. I saw Dr. Masha and she was really helpful, honest, informative and friendly. She gave me a full explanation of what their plan for my dental health was and gave me options as to what I would want and/or need done in the future.
