During my first visit, all of the staff were really nice. Chris, my dental hygienist, took good care of me. I told Dr. Vaksman about the ongoing aching pain I had when I got my first filling, and it has been plaguing me for 2 years. She checked my bite and noticed a slight high spot that my previous dentist had missed, and corrected it for me. After a week now, I think the pain is mostly gone, and I haven't needed to use Sensodyne ever since.

Wow!, is the perfect word to describe my experience. I have to say it's the best dental experience I've had in my whole life. I already set an appointment for both my kids. Chris who did my cleaning was amazing! I barely felt a thing and all the coffee stains are gone. Dr. Vaksman was great also, she came by to go over my X-rays and provided options that fixes the problems I have. By the end of the visit I was provided a sheet of paper with all the options discussed with the pricing and cost before and after insurance for review. Very organized and professional here. If there were 10 stars it will be that!

I just had a new patient exam with Dr. Vaksman. The staff was friendly and the offices were clean and modern. But what impressed me most was how thoroughly Dr. Vaksman explained her findings and recommendations. And the fact that they have the 3-D printing tech on site to do their own same-day crowns. (Anyone who's had the experience of having their crown arrive back from the lab only to find it has a fit issue will understand what a benefit this is). The front office was also very thorough in presenting the treatment plan and how much would be covered by insurance vs. not.

Very thorough cleaning where the dentist pointed out a number of issue with my previous dental procedures. Appreciated that they were able to find a time to address my issue despite a very busy time. Only unfortunate issue was that the procedure ended up taking an hour longer than originally anticipated.

Good visit for basic cleaning

I’m so glad I found this dental clinic. After a pretty traumatic experience at my previous office, I honestly didn’t think I’d ever feel this comfortable in a dental chair again — but this team completely changed that for me. My teeth needed a lot of work, and everything was explained step by step with patience and clarity. I never once felt judged — only supported and respected. Chris, my hygienist, was outstanding — incredibly thorough, gentle, and surprisingly painless. He’s also very friendly and made the whole visit feel easy and relaxed. Dr. Irena Vaksman took the time to clearly explain my treatment options and answered all my questions in a way that was easy to understand. The front desk staff are warm and welcoming, and the entire team makes you feel at ease from the moment you walk in. The facility is modern, clean, and well organized. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish. Highly recommend to anyone — especially if you’ve had dental anxiety in the past.
