Nice staff, clean office

Vaksman Dental Group is a very friendly and hospitable facility. All their equipment are very modern as well. I would definitely recommend them as your primary dentist for your family.

Dr. Cravens was very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything very thoroughly and set me up on a treatment plan. The process went very smooth.

Very welcoming office. Everyone was friendly and there was an upbeat feeling when you walk into the office. They have it decorated for Easter and it made you feel like you were walking into someone’s home

Dr. Vaksman and staff are very knowledgeable. They recommended procedures like deep cleaning through educating me on gingivitis and periodontal disease. I was nervous for these procedures but the hygienist was kind, gentle, and thorough.

Great so far. First visit with lots of scans and seemed very thorough with lots of new tech.

I had my first visit and it was great. The professionalism and the very straightforward talk of the provider was greatly appreciated. The provider was cognizant of my teeth issues and validated my concerns.

Was super detailed explanation about my current state of dental health and very kind.

In the overall experience I felt heard about what my concerns were. They explained to me my current situation and provided me with a referral that was in my network which was a concern of mine. Any questions I had were answered and during my appointment they made me feel at ease.

Overall a great experience. Very little time spent waiting, staff was very prompt and efficient. Each team member was incredibly knowledgeable and did a thorough job of explaining each part of the process from x-rays to cleanings to examination by the doctor. Never felt like i was being judged for the quality of my oral hygiene nor were they pushy about needing any procedures or extra work like i have experienced in the past. Would highly recommend this practice.
