I just had a new patient exam with Dr. Vaksman. The staff was friendly and the offices were clean and modern. But what impressed me most was how thoroughly Dr. Vaksman explained her findings and recommendations. And the fact that they have the 3-D printing tech on site to do their own same-day crowns. (Anyone who's had the experience of having their crown arrive back from the lab only to find it has a fit issue will understand what a benefit this is). The front office was also very thorough in presenting the treatment plan and how much would be covered by insurance vs. not.

Very thorough cleaning where the dentist pointed out a number of issue with my previous dental procedures. Appreciated that they were able to find a time to address my issue despite a very busy time. Only unfortunate issue was that the procedure ended up taking an hour longer than originally anticipated.

Good visit for basic cleaning

I’m so glad I found this dental clinic. After a pretty traumatic experience at my previous office, I honestly didn’t think I’d ever feel this comfortable in a dental chair again — but this team completely changed that for me. My teeth needed a lot of work, and everything was explained step by step with patience and clarity. I never once felt judged — only supported and respected. Chris, my hygienist, was outstanding — incredibly thorough, gentle, and surprisingly painless. He’s also very friendly and made the whole visit feel easy and relaxed. Dr. Irena Vaksman took the time to clearly explain my treatment options and answered all my questions in a way that was easy to understand. The front desk staff are warm and welcoming, and the entire team makes you feel at ease from the moment you walk in. The facility is modern, clean, and well organized. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish. Highly recommend to anyone — especially if you’ve had dental anxiety in the past.

The receptionist was great and the lady who took x-rays and pictures was also super! Chris, the one who cleaned my teeth was also good - he made the experience pretty painless.

The doctor was through and had a great new plan for my dental journey. I did feel a little pressured by the staff to agree on things that I might not need but they weren’t too pushy as I am still planning.

Great place and amazing Dentist! Very kind and knowledgeable - explained everything to me in a timely manner. Also the assistants very sweet! A bit expensive (even with insurance), but still very helpful and professional with everything! Definitely recommend!

Great Dentist visit. Haven’t been to the dentist in over a year and the staff here made a usually nervous experience into an inviting environment. Kind, knowledgeable staff with great updated tech. Highly recommend this office 10/10!

My first visit was long but thorough. Had to take X-rays but technician was very good at her job and made the process quick and easy! Also my cleaning was done very thoroughly despite all the picking at the enamel/gums but that meant he left no plaque behind with the intensive cleaning. Finally the dentist examined everything and gave me a detailed explanation of what needs to be done and explained why. All in all, it was a wonderful experience and I know my family will appreciate their professionalism as well.
