I came in for a cleaning after far longer than I’d like to admit, and I was honestly quite anxious due to sensitivity. From the moment I arrived, the team made me feel completely at ease. Despite how long it had been, this was the most gentle cleaning I’ve ever experienced. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly, using pictures to walk me through what was going on, and provided a clear plan to help keep my gums healthy moving forward. What I appreciated most was that there was absolutely no pressure for additional treatments—just genuine care and professionalism. I would highly recommend them, especially if you’re feeling nervous about going back to the dentist.

Nice experience

I had a lovely cleaning with the hygienist who was very attentive. The issues started when I moved into xray and noticed several bugs crawling on the floor. There was little communication with the xray tech and the bite xray was extremely painful. The dentist started his examination and they spoke only in dental acronyms. The hygienist left the room and as the dentist was walking out he asked if I had any questions, but I had gotten no information about my treatment plan. The chair was still backwards as he was explaining anything to me. He explained that I had over 15 cavities and made a sexist remark about dieting. The dentist left and the xray tech came back in unloading tools and asked if I was ready for my fillings. Meanwhile I hadn’t received confirmation from my insurance about whether I would be covered. I will not be going back.
