I had an amazing experience today at Clover Square Dental Clinic for my new patient exam and cleaning with Dr. Pawandeep Boparai and her team. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. Dr. Boparai was extremely thorough, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. The cleaning was gentle yet effective, and the entire team showed great care and attention to detail. The clinic is modern, clean, and has a very calming atmosphere. I highly recommend Clover Square Dental Clinic to anyone looking for exceptional dental care!

I booked a new patient exam and cleaning through Opencare. The clinic asked for my insurance information in advance but never provided an estimate or any breakdown of costs. When I arrived, I was told x-rays were “mandatory,” and I was told directly that this was to “make up the money they pay to Opencare to get patients in the door.” This requirement was never disclosed beforehand, and my benefits only cover 80%, so I had an unexpected out-of-pocket cost of about $70 which is higher than i anticipated as my usual costs for exam & cleaning were much lower. I also raised a specific medical concern during the appointment: my previous dentist had recommended a surgical procedure to address tongue-tie pressure that is causing separation in my lower front teeth. The dentist said she would examine it after the cleaning, but she never did. The cleaning itself was done by the dentist, which is unusual, and my concern was completely forgotten and never addressed. Overall, the lack of transparency, the “mandatory” charges tied to marketing costs, and the failure to follow up on a potential surgical issue made this a poor experience. I will not be returning to this clinic and will be seeking another provider for ongoing TMJ-D and surgical needs. They would have made more money off me (clearly the goal based on the comments) had they just not done the xrays as requested but I guess they made their money back so it is what it is. I recommend anyone considering this office request a detailed cost estimate in writing before booking, and ensure your concerns are documented.

Very good experience

Dentist and staff were very attentive to my needs as I was a little anxious to make the appointment because it had been a long time since my last visit to a dentist but they made sure that I felt comfortable and supported. Will go back again to continue with treatment.
