Good staff and doctors.

After a couple bad experiences I decided to break up with the dental office I had been a client of for 20 years. I found Guildford Family Dentistry and decided to change dentists and given them a try. I had my first appointment and cleaning today and I was impressed. The staff were all very friendly and courteous, and obviously skilled and experienced. Dr Adam was really great and made a couple reasonable recommendations for work I should have. He didn't tell me I needed anything excessive - a cracked tooth that should get a crown, some reinforcement of my front teeth. I feel confident that he is not recommending anything unnecessary. I am very pleased with todays experience and I look forward to a long relationship with my new dentist.

I had my teeth cleaning done, it was awesome. It’s actually a deep clean which is good for my teeth. I feel a healthier teeth. Clean and very approachable staffs. Dr. Adam is young and professional dentist. 💯 recommended.

Sadly to say,I was unaware of there so called policy that they have called "New Patient" first time appointment [No Show],- i was on my way there also talked to my receptionist i told her that my map hasld taken me to a totally different spot and i ask her whats the address she text me the address, so that was great. But it was starting to get a little crazy out in the area i was in cause of the construction that going on i was late. I called them back and the told me that they couldn't go forward with mt appointment because of the no show but i had called them first to tell them im 5 min away, and the lady said she spoke to her manager and they said i couldn't reschedule my appointment for today, and i was like okay it doesnt have to be today im was trying to reschedule for another date. And she said to me my manager said no that we can NOT reschedule you at all becuase of there policy of 'NOSHOW' on first time appointment. They will not give no future appointments to first time new patients that no show and that's their policy that they have. Which I did read up on their website is false. They lied about their first time patience. *They do give one time. Chance. But after that, if you don't No show again, you will no longer be allowed to have your teeth done at the family dentistry inn guildford mall. So I am very upset with this. I experience because I have an emergency. That needs to be taken care of in my mouth. I am in deep depression teeth. And they were supposed to be good dental clinic so im very confused and upset cause my teeth has no cracked off even more. And I don't know where to go. I thought this is going to be a good dental clinic from the reviews.I read on it.

Adam is a great dentist, the dental assistants took the time to calm my anxiety and helped me understand the procedures. Free parking is available, which is very convenient and the front desk is excellent. Dr. Adam explained my current tooth health and what to expect in the future treatment plan etc.
