Dr. Jeremy Chan was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, and graduated from the Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry at the University of the Pacific in San Francisco. After completing residency in Tucson, AZ, at the El Rio Community Health Center, he returned to the Phoenix metropolitan area to practice dentistry. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Chan likes to spend time with family and friends, especially participating in activities like watching movies, bouldering, and rock climbing. Providing patients with a comfortable and positive experience is our highest priority. We are excited to use our skills to provide quality dental care for you.
