I really appreciated the entire staffs demeanor. Admittedly I am not the best about my oral hygine due to executive dysfunction, I also have previous dental trauma which has resulted in dental anxiety. Both Dr. Prince and her dental assistant were patient with me and explained things In a way that would not trigger my anxiety further. Evelyn the woman at the front desk was super thorough in explaining what my insurance would cover and what I would be financially responsible for. I have to have a procedure fairly identical to what cause my dental trauma and Dr. Prince made me feel comfortable and safe enough to schedule the procedure before leaving the office.

I was not sure what insurance was current and accidentally selected my old provider so I was unable to be seen by the dentist, but the front desk last was super friendly and didn't make me feel stupid when I realized my mistake. She even helped me locate my current provider- which was super helpful. Thank you for making my day better valley view I could've spent hours doing what you did in 3 minutes!!!

Glad I picked this place. Can’t wait to go back. Will be a patient for a long time!

Dr. Prince was super easy to talk to and she explained everything that was happening. I didn't feel like I was being upsold on anything - I felt heard and understood for why I was there.

Dr. Price was extremely nice and this was the least painful dentist appointment I've had in years. Her office was timely and pleasant. 10/10 recommend. Thank you!
